23 Weeks

How far along? 23 Weeks

Total weight gain: 19 pounds(no gain or loss this week{woohoo}

Maternity clothes? Oh yes!

Stretch marks? None from these babies yet!

Sleep: I'm still sleeping fairly well, except the past few nights the babies get this burst of energy in the middle of this night or very early morning that wakes me!!

Best moment this week: We got to see the babies again on Saturday!! Of course this time we really couldn't see him but she was cooperative for the camera!!! We see them again friday evening!!

Miss Anything?The same old- Seeing my feet, being able to bend over, my flat stomach and enjoying a glass or three of wine a night lol

Movement: oh you mean the Ali vs. Holmes fight that has been going on in utero? lol oh yes TONS of movement still lol

Food cravings: Frickin EMPANADAS!!! I live literally an hour from Mexico and I can not find the damn empanada wraps ANYWHERE...{and I am not lazy to make my own wraps lol}

Anything making you queasy or sick: I can actually say for the first time in 23 weeks-YES-I over ate a few nights ago and it literally made me sick!!

Gender:  Dude and Dudette!

Labor Signs: The past few days the Braxton hicks have been getting stronger-Praying they don't turn into anything more until its time

Symptoms: Fat and pregnant lol

Belly Button in or out? Its on its way to being flat lol

Wedding rings on or off? On

Happy or Moody most of the time: I have been EMOTIONAL since friday!! Like I will break down in tears for no reason at all LOL

Looking forward to: Cuddling my sweet, sweet babies

So as I mentioned and some of you know we had another 3/4d ultrasound on Saturday. It was a re-scan from the previous week when they were not cooperating!! 

Every ultrasound that I get{which is a lot due to this multiple pregnancy}it amazes me so much every time we go in there and see them. To see TWO babies moving and growing inside me is breath taking!!

About the appointment- As soon as they put the ultrasound{wand}on my belly all you see if a big mess of baby body parts lol When you have just one baby you can pretty much guess what is what, with these twins you have NO idea what your seeing right away lol. Well we could see right away that they were both still head down and side to side. They were both facing each other. We tried to get a look at little man first but he had his face in his sisters body so it was so hard to see. So we decided to check her out...she was not shy at all this time{and didn't have her brothers butt in her face lol} She looked absolutely stunning{just like her sisters} she had her hand up to her face{as usual} She was cuddling up to her brother, with her head laying on his head. Let me tell you it was the sweetest sight ever!! After watching her for a few minutes moving around, touching her face, smiling and just being plain precious we decided to try and check her brother out again...he gave us a few quick looks-he too had his hands back up in front of his face, and every now and again would drop a fist so we could see his profile!! I bet money that he will have his daddys nose!! Since we weren't getting any luck we went back and just watched lil' lady...we were able to see her and her brother moving around, lil' hand brought up one of his hands to his head where we could see and started rubbing his head and ear, and then in turn went and started rubbing his sister{the membrane separating them is very thin} well she did not like it after a while and started swatting him, it was hilarious to see these two very little babies already fighting...boy are we in trouble!! We go one last time this coming friday, I pray they bother cooperate because this is the latest they will see me because these babies are becoming smushed!!

They were both weighing in at 1lb 3oz and 12in long!!

Just thinking I'm just about 6 months pregnant and already have over 2lbs & 2 feet of babies growing inside of me is INSANE!! I can ever stop thinking about how I am going to look by 35-36 weeks...
