I Won't Give Up

People have this prospective that Jimmy and I are this "perfect" married couple, who have nothing wrong.

But that is far from the truth. The word married gave that away. 

We are like every married couple. We have problems we face daily, we fight and argue. We want to ring each others necks constantly. 

But we are married! 

We may not fight all the time like some but we do. I just don't put all my personal business on the internet for all to hear and read. I put our good times and some bad times online and thats it. Its no ones business but our own to know what goes on in our marriage. 

Marriage is sacred.  

It makes me so mad when people say "You act like you have the best marriage" 

Why? Because I don't post a status on Facebook every time we fight? So through Facebook we look great or you think I'm pretending? Thats great, I'm not trying to give any perspective, I just don't put our bad times on there!!

I have FAR from the best marriage. 

Just like every other normal married couple my marriage takes work

There is issues Jimmy and I have to face daily, but it does not concern others and the world, it concerns just my husband and myself.

I have an old soul and am a firm believer that if something is broken you fix it, you just don't throw it away. If its something that really means something to you, you don't just toss it out like trash you fix it, work on it so you can at least say you tried.

Our marriage has been tested and tried, but we make it work. 

I console in my closest friends and family if I need someone to talk to, I go to them, that is why they are my family and friends. I don't need a social network to vent through.

Jimmy and I have been together since late 2004 and have had many ups and downs in the almost 8 years we have been together. But that man is my life. I try my hardest every day to make him proud of the woman he has married. Many times I feel like a failure but he makes me feel other wise. 

I will fight and have fought with blood and tears for this man and will continue to do so for the rest of my life, as long as he continues to let me{lol}

With all that being said I just wanted to give my love a shout out on my blog-

Jimmy, you mean so much to me, I may seem like a crazy bitch at times, but I hope you know and continue to know how much I love you and cherish you. You have made mistakes, but you are human. I make mistakes myself. I appreciate everything you have done and continue to do for me, and the family we have created. I am beyond proud of you. No matter where this crazy life we live takes us, I will continue to be right where I always am, right beside you. Wether you are here or deployed, I will always be "right here" I love you punkin, to infinity and beyond<3
