34 weeks!!!!

How far along? 34 WEEKS!!! 

Total weight gain: 30lbs 

Maternity clothes? Yep!

Stretch marks? Yep these babies definitely gave me some!

Sleep: hahaha I wish!!

Best moment this week: yesterday, seeing they were both doing so well!!

Miss Anything? EVERYTHING! I miss being able to walk and breath, I miss seeing my toes, not being hot when its 20 degrees in the house, not having to pee every 5 mints(literally) 

Movement: yep

Food cravings: Same as always bacon burgers and ice chips

Anything making you queasy or sick: I have been getting very nauseous and have actually gotten sick a few times this week

Gender: Boy and Girl

Labor Signs: Im dilated, contracting and on the verge!

Symptoms: Same as always!!

Belly Button in or out? Its out!

Wedding rings on or off? For a good portion of the day their on but by the evening I start to swell so I take them off!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Im just irritable now. Im so uncomfortable and emotional now-so ready to be done and have these babies in my arms

Looking forward to: My Mom and sister will be here in THREE days!!!

Well we have made it another week!! Woohoo!!

BUT there is SO much going on! Last friday I had my weekly appointment where I was having high blood pressure, contractions and they were concerned about a few things I had mentioned, so I was sent for labs and to labor and delivery for monitoring. Not how I was expecting my friday afternoon to go.

Well like I had mentioned recently- the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet are SO itchy at night. I used to be up all night due to the carpal tunnel but now with this itching nonsense, its the least of my worries. I will make up in the middle of the night literally scratching my hands and feet to the point of drawing blood, my hands and feet are SO sore from it.

So when I mentioned how bad it was getting to my doctor-she was putting all my "symptoms" together and was concerned I was starting to develop pre-eclampsia. I have some swelling going on but it to me looks like nothing. So I was sent for labs and was also told about OB Cholestasis. I immediately whipped out my phone and googled it. Talk about being SCARED!!!

A lot of people keep saying its "normal" you all must be confused with something else because it is actually quite uncommon. Cholestasis of pregnancy is a condition in which the normal flow of bile in the gallbladder is affected by the high amounts of pregnancy hormones. It is more common in women who are carrying multiples, or have a family history of it. My doctor said she has only had TWO other patient have it under her care. It is nothing for me to worry about for myself other then my babies!! This causes fetal distress and can either start pre-term labor or as a lot of cases end up-STILL BIRTH. As soon as I read that I wanted to scream!!! I have come SO far in this twin pregnancy with no issues for it to arise now! They are watching my liver levels to see when I need to deliver. They tend to deliver early-so as they told me I can deliver as early as NEXT WEEK!!! YES NEXT WEEK!!! I will be 35 weeks at that point and there is a very minimal amount that can be wrong with the babies but they still are in question about lung development-holding their body temp-and sucking reflexes. But they are being so good about all of this and will make sure the babies and I are ok!

Other then that-I had my 34 week growth scan yesterday(since they are closed today due to holiday) and Baby A-Girl and BREECH!!! Her little hiney is lying by my cervix!! Little man is head down but we need HER to be head down. Obviously they can still turn up until delivery-I just wish they were in position now!! lol I am still measuring a week ahead-everything was measuring in the 35 week range and HIS weight is showing it!! He is 6lbs 4oz already!!! That is not accurate but it usually is quite close and little lady is 4lbs 10oz!! I am carrying 11 pounds  of babies right now!!! That blows my mind lol!!!

Im feeling..okay...im just very irritable and tired. My body is shot-I remember how tired i was of being pregnant with the girls but this definitely takes the cake...I can not wait to have relief when these babies are born!!!

Well my Mom and Sister will be here in THREE days!!! We are so excited and we will be more then happy to welcome the twins anytime after they arrive!!!
